In the cellar: All go through spontaneous fermentation, and sulfur additions are only added post fermentation prior to bottling, if at all. All wines are unfined and unfiltered. 
Farming method: They pick early, a key factor to these wines, which express great freshness; certified Organic since 2009 and became certified Demeter and Biodynamic since 2018. 
Tasting notes: The Superglitzer has fine tannins and notes of licorice, tart boysenberries and black currants.
