In the cellar: Fermented with a high proportion of whole clusters in a concrete tank, and rested in the same vessel before bottling without sulfur addition. 
Farming method: Biodynamic/Natural
Tasting notes: High-toned red berry and tree fruits, with subtle earthy tones, wild florals, subtle spices and bursts of minerality in the nose and palate! Extreme plum and slightly meaty vibes.
