In the cellar: These grapes are fermented with indigenous  yeasts and aged in concrete tanks for six months. 
Farming method: Organic; SP68 is a country highway in the province of Ragusa, near the town of Vittoria, and runs along Arianna’s vineyards and winery. It is one of the oldest wine routes in the world!
Tasting notes: Arianna’s SP68 evokes wild Sicilian terroir, and is a bit like tasting a windswept vineyard, where hints of cracked leather and volcanic stone mingle with fresh pomegranate.
