Tasting notes: Light ruby colored, reminiscent of a Cru Beaujolais. Aromas of wild flowers, rose blossoms and spice. There’s a gorgeous freshness and vibrancy. Pair to lasagna, to grilled branzino, to a cheese and charcuterie board.
