In the cellar: After these grapes are hand picked the Pinot Gris grapes spend nine days on their skins before being transferred to old barrels for aging.

Tasting notes: A Ramato styled Pinot Gris from Stellenbosch with crisp acidity and notes of citrus and roses. Pours a beautiful atomic tangerine color.
