In the cellar: Very gentle pressing into stainless for fermentation, with 18 months of élevage in cement. No sulfur added in this vintage. 
Farming method: Organic (ECOCERT) 
Tasting notes:  Ruby-purple in the glass, with aromas of bramble berry, smoked sausage and sage. Reminiscent of a Sardinian Cannonau (Grenache) but from France.
