In the cellar: This Limnio undergoes a short maturation in oak barrels, which imparts extra finesse and structure to the wine, and has no additional sulfur.
Farming method: Biodynamic
Tasting notes: Medium-bodied, with notes of red cherry, black pepper, Mediterranean herbs and a refreshing Kalamata olive zing on the finish.  It’s comparable to a Loire Grolleau/Gamay blend, but maybe more so a fresh Cabernet Franc from Chinon.
