Grape: A blend of Prugnolo Gentile/Canaiolo Nero/Mammolo. Prugnole Gentile is a variant of Sangiovese in and around Montepulciano and is the majority of the blend. (A minimum of 70% Sangiovese for DOC Montepulicano is required by law.)

In the cellar: The wine is aged in botti, Solvenian oak casks, for one year before release. (Dora’s Vino Nobile di Montepulcaino is aged for an additional year or two years, to create a richer expression.)
Farming method: Biodynamic 
Tasting notes: Full bodied with beautiful acidity and notes of blueberry, raspberry, and violets. Finishes with a woodsy and silky finish.
