In the cellar: Hand-harvested, de-stemmed grapes before fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats. 
Farming method: Organic/Biodynamic
Tasting notes: Finishes dry with juicy black fruit, thyme, and a hint of black pepper. Is excellent with grilled steak and tacos. There’s a richness in the texture, but a fresh and light finish with light to medium tannins. Its name Little Bear (‘Petit Ours’) is appropriate as drinking this is like receiving a much needed bear hug from a good friend.
