In the cellar: These grapes were handpicked before undergoing fermentation in stainless steel and aging in old French barrels. 
Farming method: Biodynamic; Vineyards are located on the top of the hill of Béru, above 300 meters. Its terroir was formed during the Kimmeridgian era and is mainly composed of crushed limestone and marine fossils.
Tasting notes: Mother and daughter team, Laurence and Athénaïs Beru create a mineral driven Chablis packed with intense acidity and overall decadence.
