In the cellar: The 2018 addition had long aging on lees, then went onto the pneumatic press and combined with 2019 grapes. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Very low amount of sulfur added at bottling. Unfined and lightly filtered.

Tasting notes: Full-bodied white wine ideal with oysters, chicken, and fish! Aromas of green apples and greens, with hints of honey and stones on the finish.
