In the cellar: Hand-picked, foot-trodden and co-fermented with native yeast in open tank, then transferred to large neutral barrel and bottled unfined, unfiltered with minimal SO2.

Tasting notes: Californian-rich Chardonnay vibe, and big aromas and flavors of butter, salt, and corn on the cob. It’s the Cali white wine that always brings a sunny smile.
