Region: Catalonia, Spain (specifically in Alella, the smallest D.O. in Spain, and the closest wine region to Barcelona)
In the cellar: These white grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation before bottling and going through a second fermentation in bottle. No sulfites added.

Tasting notes: The label of AUS Pét-Nat features beautiful birds that can be heard singing from the vineyards that are surrounded by the Serralada National Park. This sparkling Cava is a pale yellow color, slightly cloudy from only a light filtering, and soars with aromas of white flowers, pears, green apples, and fennel seed.
