In the cellar: Unfiltered and wild fermented. 30 days of grape skin contact! Aged in old oak, and vines grown atop clay and gravel terrain. Zero sulfur added. The only orange wine from the Greek Malagouzia grape in existence!
Farming method: Biodynamic; made from old vines growing in soil composed mostly of limestone
Tasting notes: An extremely weird and delicious Greek orange wine. Nutty aromas explode from the glass, as well as apricots and white flowers. The finish is nervy and tannic. Pair with moussaka!
