In the Cellar: The grapes are from 100 meters above sea level near Lake Champlain, and are pressed by foot. After 5 weeks of maceration on the skins in fiberglass tanks, the wine finishes its aging in glass demijohns and amphora.
Farming Method: Organic/Biodynamic 
Tasting Notes:  This skin-fermented, oxidative orange wine is partially aged in amphora and offers flavors of ginger, spice, peach blossoms, and hazelnuts. Pair with the sheep’s milk cheese Dirt Lover - which Deirdre would most likely also call herself!
