In the cellar: These grapes went through spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel.
Farming method: Organic/Biodynamic
Tasting notes: Smells like clementines and apricots. Tannins have a bit of grip like steeped black tea. Pair with roasted and salty chicken thighs and buttery sweet potatoes.
