In the cellar: These grapes are hand harvested before spending twenty four days in contact with the skins while they undergo co-fermentation. Afterwards the wine is aged on its lees in tank for six months.

Tasting notes: Intense aromatics of freshly squeezed orange juice and exciting notes of orange julius, guava, and a fistful of picked herbs. Medium bodied with a pleasantly dry finish.
