Located in Brattleboro, Vermont, Kobey Schwayder crafts handmade vermouth using cool-climate New England grape varietals and locally sourced ingredients to create a line of delicious vermouth ranging from dry to sweet.

NV Vermont Vermouth ‘Zephyr Dry Vermouth’
Zephyr is bright and herbaceous, with savory herbs mixing with tart acidity. An excellent option for a martini or as an apéritif on the rocks with a lemon twist.
NV Vermont Vermouth ‘Rose Thalia’
A bright, summery, floral vermouth. Off-dry rosé vermouth is perfect for sipping in the sunshine. Features infusions of rose, hibiscus, lavender, and elderflower, alongside wormwood and yarrow for a balance of sweet, tart, and bitter.
NV Vermont Vermouth ‘Apple Harvest’
Sweet-tart apple and autumnal spice flavors are balanced with bitter herbal notes. Fantastic on its own or pairs excellently with rye for a cocktail.
NV Vermont Vermouth ‘Sweet Boreas’
Made with La Crescent wine along with locally grown mugwort, yarrow, juniper, bayleaf, allspice, and cinnamon. Boreas also has a touch of caramel that Kobey makes himself. It’s a sweet and cozy vermouth that you can sip by itself or add it to a Negroni or Manhattan.
