Quinta do Infantado Port
Quinta do Infantado Port
Quinta do Infantado was founded in 1816 in Douro, Portugal and today is managed by third generation João Roseira and family.
Quinta do Infantado Ruby Port, 19.5% ABV
Ruby ports are aged in bottle retaining a rich, dark garnet color and fruity notes. This medium-dry Ruby is a semi-sweet wine, but not overly syrupy or jammy. The dark berry fruits are balanced with mild tannins and inky structure. Pair with dark chocolate or a soft-ripened goat cheese.
Quinta do Infantado Tawny Port, 19.5% ABV
Tawny ports are aged in oak casks allowing for slightly oxidative notes, producing a lighter, dark amber color. This Tawny is slightly lightly than the Ruby, with notes of citrus, butterscotch and toffee. Pair well with an Alpine cheese, or pour a little over vanilla ice cream to give your dessert a kick.
Quinta do Infantado White Port, 19.5% ABV
This White Port was aged for three years before release. Slightly nutty and citrusy, we recommend topping off a bit of White Port on the rocks with a splash of tonic water and a slice of orange for a refreshing ‘Portonica!’ This is a perfect dessert wine that has a burst of freshness with a finish of marmalade and herbs.
