Size: 750ml
Grape: A blend of Chenin Blanc, Muscat à Petit Grains and splash Grenache
Producer: Farmed by Fiona Wood and produced by James Erskine and Mark Warner
Region: Clarendon, South Australia high in the Adelaide Hills
In the cellar: No oak, no fining or filtration, no SO2. Sulfur is never added at Jauma!
Farming method: Organic farming; vines are grown thin red loam over ironstone|
Tasting notes: Super aromatic, slightly stony with a guava kind of juicy-juice and peppery goodness. Pair with pad Thai, crispy potato chips, or prosciutto and arugula pizza. The color of this wine leans a light cantaloupe-coral color from the extended skin-contact of the Grenache grape.
