In the cellar: Fermentation is between 5 – 10 days and temperature of 18° in barrels. A stirring of the less in a barrel is done each months waiting the malolactic fermentation. This wine is on lees until bottling.

Tasting notes: Butterscotch, yellow apple, straw notes with a full bodied and quenching acidity on the finish. A classic White Burg for any occasion!
