In the cellar: Not de-stemmed before direct pressing. The free run juice is then fermented with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks.
Farming method: Organic/Biodynamic; this all natural wine was made according to lunar cycles and the earth’s rhythms
Tasting notes:  This dry, still rosé has aromas of strawberries, herbs, and rhubarb. The finish is complex and mineral driven with lively acidity and notes of raspberry jam.
