In the cellar: Half-carbonic maceration with two pump-overs per day, 5 to 6 days of maceration in concrete tanks, no chaptalization nor yeasting, and minimum of SO2.
Tasting notes: Grapes come from vines that are bordered by cherry trees, that you can actually taste in the juicy, bright cherry red Beaujolais. Fresh, fun, flirty, easy.
