In the cellar: The grapes were hand harvested at 22° B, hand sorted, destemmed, crushed and gently pressed. The wine was spontaneously fermented in a concrete egg, where it remained on its lees for 6 months before bottling. No malolactic fermentation.
Farming method: Organic
Tasting notes: Aromas of lychee, peaces and grapefruit zest. The finish has glorious notes of tangerines and orange peel. Slightly salty finish. Crisp, dry, and such an elegant expression of Albariño!
