In the cellar: After being grown in sandy soils this underwent vinification and aging in oak barrels. The low dosage is 4-5 g/l. 
Farming method: Organic; from a western exposed parcel of Pinot Noir grown in sand and hails entirely from the 2015 vintage 
Tasting notes: Soft bubbles with notes of plum, anise, fresh bread, and a fruity lift. The mid-palate soars with tangy acidity and the finish is long and concentrated.
