Region: Veneto, Italy (The farm is located on the highest hill of the Prosecco DOC)
In the cellar: The wine spends a small amount of time on skins to get its dark golden hue. It has no added sulfur.
Farming method: Biodynamic (they tend to their plants with homeopathy) 
Tasting notes: Aromas of toasted bread crust and yellow pears. A finish of citrus rind and lemon pie. Pair with a cheese board, including the sheep’s milk cheese Pecorino Toscano.
