In the cellar: The fruit is meticulously harvested, destemmed and then fermented with native yeasts in chestnut foudres. Aged in tank and large, used oak casks.
Farming method: Organic; 20 to 80 year old Mencía grapes planted in both granite and slate soils. The vines come from two zones, Ribeiras do Miño and Amandi. 
Tasting notes: Aged in chestnut and oak, this wine offers vibrant red fruit, earthy minerality, and a hint of spice, beautifully capturing Galicia’s rugged charm.
