Region: North Coast, California - Grapes hail from Solano County, Suisun Valley, Green Valley, and Calpella. All of the grapes are farmed organically.
In the Cellar: Carbonically macerated  - open top tanks are filled with C02 and whole cluster grapes and then sealed. This technique leads to fruity, Beaujolais-ish wines with lots of fresh fruit and high acid.
Farming Method: Organic
Tasting Notes: Bright acidity with notes of cherry cola, raspberries, and tart cranberries. A totally wild ride!
