In the cellar:  9 months in stainless steel in order to complete both natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentation; it is then moved for 3 months to 750 liter Slavonic oak, and then more time is again spent in stainless steel to reintegrate the wine before it relaxes in the bottle for 9 more months.
Farming method: The vineyards are farmed organically (certified) while also utilizing biodynamic practices. 
Tasting notes:  Deep ruby color with intense aromas of ripe blackberry and mulberry with notes of sour cherry, clove and bitter chocolate. A bolder choice than Fatalone Teres.
