Tasting notes: Pistarello loosely translates to ‘going off the trail,’ which is apt for this unique blend ranging in flavors from mango to orange blossoms to a bouquet of herbs. Pistarello finishes dry and full-bodied. Pairs beautifully with an array of Italian sheep and cow’s milk cheeses, like Pecorino or Robiola due Latte.
