New England is a cheese lover’s dream! The region has a long dairy tradition, many beautiful farms, a plethora of innovative cheesemakers, and SO MUCH CHEESE. In this class, we’ll talk about New England’s cheese history, the producers of today, and of course, the cheese that brings us so much joy. Come join us to celebrate New England’s dairy riches!

Each tasting kit serves 1-2 people and contains 5 cheeses, 1 box crackers and a tasting menu. Zoom links will be sent out via email the day of the class.
