In the cellar: This was fermented in acacia, oak and stainless steel, racked, blended and left on the lees for 4 months.
Farming method: Organic; Ried Ruster - co-planted in a single block of the vineyard, loamy sand with gray quartz and schist 
Tasting notes: Heidi and her sons' sparkling wine is dry, with a supple edge and beautiful nuances. Soft white stone fruit and pronounced minerality blend with notes of golden apple, finishing with a playful fizz. It's the perfect refreshment for a picnic on a warm day or alongside a cozy fondue.
