Tipsy Pickles
16 oz jar
Vermont does alcohol well - beer fans will wait for for hours in the bitter cold, and the liquor is known around the country as some of the best. Angela Gerace, founder of the Tipsy Pickle, decided to take advantage of what her state has to offer, and added the good stuff to her pickle recipes. These chunky pickles are the perfect crunchy addition to pulled pork sandwiches, chopped up in a tartar sauce, or just as a side dish to anything that needs some zip. All the alcohol is cooked out, so you can share with the kiddos… if you must.
Double Garlic Lush - This sour pickle is for those who love garlic. Whole cloves are pickled alongside crunchy cucumbers in a brine that includes the rich and juicy Frost Beer Works’ Double Lush IPA.
Sip of Sunshine Pickles - If you can’t get your hands on actual cans of Sip of Sunshine, try these pickles instead. And if you’re lucky enough to have this beer in your fridge, well, you just stumbled on the perfect pairing! The IPA adds yeasty, citrusy flavors, and dried Mexican chilis bring a touch of heat to these sours.
Great Angry Bear - Great Bear Stout from Four Quarters Brewing is the backbone for these sweet, mustardy, spicy pickles. They are perfect for adding to a buttermilk braised fried chicken sandwich, a juicy grilled burger, or into your favorite egg salad.
Hart Bread N Butter - Sweet and spicy, these bread ‘n butter pickles need to be in your next pickle lineup! Wild Hart Distillery mixes their base vodka with warming spices to create Burning Embers vodka. A splash of this warming liquor compliments the spicy chilis in the pickles for a delightful heat.
