A staff favorite! Carol LeValley and Josh Harris started making sourdough flatbread crackers in 2005, and their bakery grew quickly. First, businesses around San Fransisco wanted to carry the crispy crackers, and soon food stores around the country wanted some, too! Carol and Josh had cheese in mind when they created their flatbread, making it hearty enough to hold up to a good smoosh of soft cheese, but also tender and flaky. With a drizzle of olive oil and a dash of French salt, these crackers are delicious in their simplicity, and just waiting to be topped!
