Caneva da Nani Cocktail
One more push for one more fabulous holiday. Whether you’re a go-all-out kind of New Year’s Eve partier, or the happy-with-a-quiet-dinner-at-home type, there’s one thing that we can all agree upon: a New Year’s Eve bottle of bubbly. I love sparkling wine of all kinds. The second that the cork goes pop, one feels happy and relaxed. For our celebration this year, we’re starting things off with a classic Champagne cocktail and dressing it up Italian style. Our NYE cocktail starts with a bottle of the Cheese Shop’s house Prosecco, Caneva da Nani, an all natural Prosecco bottled under crown cap by the Canello brothers in Veneto, Italy. Pop the bubbly, add a touch of Amaro (such as Montenegro or Santa Maria al Monte), an Italian after dinner digestif, and sip this delicious cocktail at the start or end of your evening. Wishing you a very Happy New Year 2019!
