Summer is in full swing, July fourth festivities are upon us, and all of that requires a festive drink! I happened upon this blue gin, which lent itself to layering this drink, just for fun. I recommend using your go-to gin and stirring this carefree cocktail. The Royal Rose simple syrups that we carry at the shop are all so delicious and make cocktail hour really easy. The Royal Rose Lavender Lemon Syrup is lightly floral and comes together nicely with the herbaceous gin. For a refreshing non-alcoholic drink, just omit the gin. Happy 4th of July everyone!

Ingredients

• 4 ounces Spindrift Raspberry-Lime seltzer*

• 1 ½ ounces gin

• ½ ounce Royal Rose Lavender Lemon Syrup*

• 1 lemon wedge

Directions

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

2. Pour all of the ingredients over the ice.

3. Squeeze in the lemon and stir.
