Dirt Lover – This sheep’s milk soft cheese from Missouri tastes like mild mushrooms sizzled in butter, minerally, and lemony, becoming slightly stronger with age. AND this little wheel is all wrapped up in pretty green paper. The perfect gift.

Kaltbach Le Cremeux – This smooth, Swiss cow’s milk is velvety rich, salty, nutty, and a little sweet, a perfect addition to any party cheeseboard.
