Columbia Cheese Tasting with Glenn

Some of our favorite cheeses in the shop are supplied to us by Columbia Cheese, a New York-based importer that specializes in cheeses from Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Austria, and more. The Columbia Cheese team seeks to represent traditional European cheesemaking, while fostering support for innovative cheesemakers who have broken out of the stylistic stereotype of their respective regions. Columbia offers us a range of cheeses that are unique yet traditional, interesting yet easy-to-love, and above all, consistent favorites of our mongers and customers. We are psyched to have Glenn, a member of the Columbia team, visiting the shop this Friday for an informal tasting of cheeses and a chance to chat with you, our wonderful customers!
